Equalization coaching and depth progression

Whether you are learning Frenzel, refining your technique or working on advanced Mouthfill equalization, the stable environment makes DeepSpot one of the most effective places in Europe to improve your equalizing skills.

Accommodation
Accommodation is provided either in the famous Underwater Bungalow (subject to availability) or at Hotel Panorama 3* (or similar) in a shared double room.
Single rooms may be available upon request and subject to availability.

This training weekend can be combined with selected Molchanovs Wave 1, Wave 2 or Wave 3 courses.
Combine structured depth training in Europe's deepest diving pool with an internationally recognized Molchanovs certification.

Is coaching included?
Yes. Coaching is included throughout the weekend and adapted to your individual level and goals.
Will we work on equalization?
Yes. Equalization coaching is one of the main focuses of the event, ranging from Frenzel fundamentals to advanced Mouthfill techniques.
Is video analysis included?
Yes. Dives are filmed and reviewed to improve technique, streamlining and efficiency.
Do I need previous depth experience?
No. Beginners and experienced freedivers are both welcome.
Can I join if I am preparing for a Molchanovs certification?
Absolutely. Many divers use DeepSpot training weekends as preparation for Wave courses or certification attempts.
How many sessions are included?
Five depth sessions are included. Additional sessions may be available depending on schedule and facility availability.
What is the water temperature at DeepSpot?
DeepSpot maintains a water temperature of approximately 33°C throughout the year.
Can I rent freediving equipment?
Yes. Equipment rental is available free of charge at the facility.
